After earning my Communications degree in Public Relations from Washington State University, I entered into the workforce looking to explore my passion for people, relationship building, and business. With positions in customer service and fitness, I found I have a strong ability to connect with people quickly. My biggest takeaway from my previous positions is that I enjoy making an impact in my clients' lives. With my experience working at my brokerage, I have gotten the opportunity to work some of my favorite people on helping them achieve their goals of buying or selling their home! I have gotten hands-on learning in the world of real estate. All of my previous experience has helped me step into my role as a Realtor, where I want to continue to help make an impact in the lives of my clients!

  • The first thing you want to do if you have decided you are ready to purchase a home, is to get pre-approved by a lender. Once you have an approval letter, you know how much you can borrow and what home prices you can afford! If you are not yet approved, head over to my buyers page for more information!   • From start to finish, buying a home takes about 10-12 weeks. Once a you decide to put an offer on a home, and its accepted, the average time to complete the escrow period is 30-45 days. For more info on the buying process and your home search, head over to my Buyers page for more details!

  • On average, homes stay on the market for 69 days. Before listing your property, be sure to check with your agent on current market conditions, as this could affect the list price of your home. If you are not sure you are ready to list, but want more information when you are ready, head over to my sellers page and get a free home value estimate!

  • In a sellers' market, increasing demand for homes drives up the prices. This might include:

    -Economic factors: the local labor market heats up, bringing an inflow of new residents driving up home prices

    -Interest rates trending downward: improves home affordability, creating more buyers interest

    -Low inventory: fewer homes on the market because of lack of new construction. Prices for current homes may be higher if there is less homes on the market

  • A buyers market is described by lower home prices and reduced demand. There are several factors that affect the long-term and short-term demand:

    -Interest rates trending higher: The amount of money people can borrow to buy a home is reduced because the cost is higher, thus reducing the number of people who can purchase a home. Home prices drop to help the buyers find a deal

    -Short-term drop in interest rates: can give borrowers a temporary edge with more purchasing power before home prices react to the rate change

    -High inventory: a new subdivision can create a downward pressure on prices of older homes, especially if they are outdated

    -Natural disasters: any recent natural disasters can tank a property value where those disruptions occurred
